If you or your family are experience housing instability or homelessness, please reach out to the school's Dean of Students, who is the homeless liaison for your school. You may also reach out to Colleen Green, HTH Compliance Officer at cgreen@hightechhigh.org or Marcus Bell, District liaison at mbell@hightechhigh.org Below are some additional community resources that might be of assistance.

Food Assistance:
CalFresh: A monthly food benefits program that helps income-eligible households purchase groceries. The family can apply online at https://www.getcalfresh.org
Local Food Banks: Many community food banks offer free groceries and meals. You can find a food distribution site near you by visiting San Diego Food Bank or Feeding San Diego. About Us - San Diego Food Bank
School Meal Program:
The children should be enrolled in the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Program at their school site.
Housing & Stability Support:
Safe Parking Programs: If you or someone you know is living in a vehicle, San Diego offers designated safe parking lots with access to restrooms, security, and supportive services. You can find more information at https://www.jfssd.org/safeparking
San Diego Eviction Prevention Program: Offers legal aid, rental assistance, and mediation services for families facing housing instability. Information can be found online at https://evictionpreventionsandiego.org
